With the impementation of PrimatWMS solution, we have significantly improved processes in the central warehouse of finished goods . Some of the specific problems solved through the system include specific customer service deadlines, monitoring deadlines within the warehouse, traceability to pallet level etc. After successful implementation at the central warehouse, we have decided to extend the WMS solution to a central warehouse of raw materials from which our complete production needs are supplied, thus providing total control over several hundred tones of high financial value. One of the key impacts on our business is that processes are no longer dependent on individual knowledge and inspiration. Before, it was necessary for the warehouse workers to keep specific customer agreements, to lay down certain time limits within the warehouse, to the specificity of the raw material from a particular supplier, etc. Now all these things are solved by the rules within the WMS system, so the warehouse worker must only follow the instructions Gets on screen. With the introduction of the Traceability system in the Apatin brewery, we have automated several processes: getting stock at real time stocks, accurate inventory at all times, stock status, shipping. An automatic verification is also made as to whether the goods loaded on the truck are actually loaded on what is specified by the loading order.
